Whatever Challenge you decide to participate in let us know and we will help in whatever way we can, by telling us about your challenge, so we can help promote it. As well as letting people know on Twitter and Facebook. Remember to let us know how the challenge went, as we love to hear about them and see photos.

Using the justgiving site is a great way to collect sponsorship for events, just set up a dedicated page and email or tell all your friends.

The Three Peaks challenge is the classic UK hill walking challenge that has had seen thousands of people take on the challenge over the years summiting on the highest mountains around the country. Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon await YOU!

The Welsh 3000's is a tough hill walking challenge set in the stunning Snowdonia National Park. The aim of the Welsh 3000's is to climb 15 mountains over three mountain ranges in two days.

The London to Paris Bike Ride is an adventure on two wheels that will challenge you and provide an unforgettable experience. Your ride begins in historic London and will roll through the English countryside and onto rural France before you finish your epic journey under the Eiffel Tower in Paris, the most romantic city in the world.

Challenge yourself in 2011 Wainwright Bagger
The Sarcoma Trust is proud to announce a new exciting challenge event in the Lake District.

Over one weekend you will trek 16 of the Wainwrights, including Scafell Pike.
This is a brand new challenge event, be the first to take part in this great new challenge.

Everyone on the challenge will be raising funds for The Sarcoma Trust.
